The Football Club.
Rushden & Diamonds F.C. play in the Blue Square Premier,and are curently managed by Garry Hill.
They play at Nene Park in Irthlingborough, Northamptonshire and exist due to a 1992 merger between Rushden Town & Irthlingborough
Diamonds.
At the time of their merger they played in The Beazer Homes (Southern League) Divison One, and despite only being in existance
for little over 15 years, have reached League One, forcing high-flying Premier League outfit Leeds United to a draw in a legendary
F.A. Cup tie on the way.
